Kasaan Longhouse or "Big House"
Kasaan is located on Prince of Wales Island, a short hop from Ketchican. Prince of Wales Island boasts the longest road networks on any of the islands – connecting the towns of Thorne Bay, Craig, Klawock, Hollis, Hydaburg and Kasaan.The day dawns bright and sunny but a brisk wind is blowing down Tongass Narrows fairly strong (20 knots)..
