Met a fellow Powell Riverite at the docks in Shawl. Great bunch of guys that are working hard during the short prawning season!
Lots of work being done in and around Shawl Bay, industrious bunch! The garden is growing, the planking of new docks is being done and the garbage is about to be hauled off.
It's still up in the air whether moorage will be available down the road, but for the time being, friends and family only. Lots of good changes here, which no doubt will show case an already lovely spot with some pretty nice folks! Good bye until our return!
